What you need for using SFirm
Please note the following recommended requirements for using SFirm:
(Please note also the SFirm requirements for the OS which correspondend to them from Microsoft. A detailed german document titled "Kundenleitfaden Systemvoraussetzungen " is available.)

- Please note: from SFirm Version 2.5 you need Windows XP or later.
- Full access to the SFirm program and data directory (both in installation and in use)
- Internet Explorer 8.0 or higher
- For transfering data you need an Internet-/DSL-/LAN connection (HBCI, EBICS)
- At least 2 GB free disk space (depends on data volume)
- Installed default printer
- CD-ROM drive
- Adobe Reader Version 7 or higher (for accessing the help files and displaying electronic invoices in SFirm Version 2.2.2 or higher). You can download the reader for free from get.adobe.com/uk/reader.
